Lately, a romanian citizien got arested for posting music on a DC++ hub (hub.xboss.ro). The story began in 2007 and two years later it's over.

WHAT TO DO?

Many network providers (like RCS&RDS) don't agree with hacking or illegal content that their clients post on the internet. If you done something illegal and the police finds your IP, they can ask at the network provider who is the client with that IP at the hour : XX:XX

USE THE ILLEGAL SOFTWARES

If you do your job quietly, no one will disturb you. If you need music, you can search on the romanian You-Tube : Trilulilu (www.trilulilu.ro). Search for the music (Video or Audio) and use Trilulilu Downloader to download what you like (you will find the program further in the tutorial). Also, you can download from YouTube some videos and convert them into audio files.
